Duties & Responsibilities Role DescriptionThe Telesales Agent is a full-time on-site role located in Rosebank. As a Telesales Agent you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present the company's products and services, identify their needs, provide support and assistance, and conduct follow-up activities. You will use potential leads and existing customers' information to contact them via phone, email, and online platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and sales experience to join a dynamic and innovative team.QualificationsPrior experience as a telesales agent, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectivelyHigh level of customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationshipsSelf-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and ambitious environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities, to work both independently and as part of a teamFluency in English and at least one additional language to communicate with customers at a professional leveStrong computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software, databases, and online platformsHigh school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with relevant tertiary education Desired Experience & Qualification 2 years Outbound Sales experience, gained in a Call Centre environmentMust be able to sell to key decision makers (B2C sells to consumer market)Completed Grade 12Fluent in EnglishStrong and professional telephonic communication skills
