Duties & Responsibilities Job Description
You will:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all construction contracts and projects Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, commercial, and legal requirements Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and risk management (e.g. GCC / FIDIC) Manage and support project, contracts, and commercial management teams Ensure profitability through effective cost control, forecasting, and commercial decisions Approve budgets, variations, claims, and final accounts Mitigate contractual and commercial risks and resolve disputes where required Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project performance against programme, cost, quality, and KPIs Support business development, tender strategy, and bid approvals Report to executive management on project and contract performance
Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. (SACPCMP)Professional construction / (ECSA) engineering registration
Skills
10+ yrs’ exp in construction, managing large-scale building projects and managing multiple contracts and project teams Knowledge of MS Projects – Beneficial
