Duties & Responsibilities
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and coordinating all contractual agreements related to projects and clients. This role ensures compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards while supporting smooth project execution in the racking and shelving sector.
\uD83D\uDD39 Key Responsibilities
Review, and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and correspondence. Monitor contract performance, variations, deadlines, and deliverables. Liaise with internal teams to align contractual obligations with operational needs - monitor contract lifecycle including renewal, expiration and compliance tracking Resolve contract-related queries and disputes in a timely manner. Prepare reports and summaries for management on contract status and risks. Support tender processes by reviewing terms and conditions – Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in all contractual agreements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field - preferred Proven experience in contract administration (preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors). Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and working on ERP system (Syspro preferred) Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
