Field Support Specialist ( Freelance / Dispatch)

<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a reliable and flexible <strong>IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer)</strong> to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or when it is needed for dispatch activity's</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilitie</strong>s:</p><p>Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.</p><p>Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as per organizational standards.</p><p>Perfor<strong>m IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Chang</strong>e) activities for IT assets.</p><p>Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support.</p><p>Coordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.</p><p>Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.</p><p>Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops.</p><p>Support printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations.</p><p>Assist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies.</p><p>Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.</p><p>Support Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting.</p><p>Install and troubleshoot compliance/security software.</p><p>Provide support for Mac devices alongside Windows systems.</p><p>Ensure adherence to define<strong>d Service Level Agreements (SLA</strong>s).</p><p>Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.</p><p>Support after-hours activities, events, and recurring meetings when required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and configuration.</p><p>Hands-on experience with hardware support and peripheral devices.</p><p>Basic networking knowledge inclu<strong>ding DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity.</strong></p><p>Experience in printer/network printer setup and troubleshooting.</p><p>Familiarity <strong>with Office 365 su</strong>pport.</p><p>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.</p><p>Experience in inventory management and vendor coordination</p>
