Full financial management, reporting and compliance Budgeting, forecasting and cost control Managing financial systems, controls and audit processes Overseeing inventory, production costing and margin analysis Strategic financial planning and risk management Leading and developing the finance team Supporting operational and executive leadership with financial insights
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
BCom Accounting / Finance (Honours or CIMA advantageous) Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Financial Manager in manufacturing Strong knowledge of cost accounting, BOMs, production processes and inventory systems Advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP / Syspro / similar) Excellent leadership, analytical and decision‑making skills Have accomodation in Klerksdorp
