The team serves as the strategic process owner for global operational disciplines, including Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration, and Request Fulfillment workflows. In this role, you will take ownership of the continuous enhancement, migration, and transformation of the core Inter-company IT Cost Charging model and related operational workflows.

Programming & Scripting Proficiency: 4+ years of proven commercial experience leveraging JavaScript, Shell, Perl, or higher-level languages such as Java to build, test, and maintain enterprise software solutions. ServiceNow Environment Engineering: Deep technical capability to develop system enhancements defined in user stories, supporting configuration governance standards across Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) landscapes. Autonomous Functional Delivery: An advanced, mostly autonomous professional who bridges the gap between complex business requirements and technical specs, handles unrefined requests with ease, and validates that engineered solutions accurately address core operational problems.

Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Platform Development: Support the direct migration, transformation, and optimization of the internal Inter-company IT Cost Charging model and related ITSM services inside the cloud platform. User Story Enhancement: Build, customize, and deploy technical features based on unrefined business and IT user stories, executing full-stack changes from inception to release. Tier Support Delivery: Provide high-quality 2nd and 3rd level technical support for platform modules, tracking down root causes and resolving complex single-system dependencies. Documentation & Knowledge Curation: Author and preserve comprehensive technical documentation—including Operations Manuals, security designs, test concepts, user guides, and specialized technical knowledge articles. Governance & Client Interface: Support IT governance and internal/external audit requirements to maintain absolute operational integrity. Interface with IT service consumers, external suppliers, and users to sustain service quality. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies, provide guidance to lower-level developers, and pitch proactive process improvement ideas to department managers.

4+ years of practical experience using JavaScript, Shell, Perl, or Java. Strong understanding of standard software development lifecycles, methodologies, and architectural patterns. Proven capacity for integrating complex business information with highly technical code requirements. Ability to perform end-to-end IT testing alongside technical troubleshooting.

Operational Compliance:

Ability to write clean documentation, including test concepts, operations manuals, and user guidelines. Compliance alignment under the strict bounds of the Agile Working Model (AWM) Team Charter.

Advantageous Skills:

3+ years of dedicated ServiceNow knowledge and practical experience, specifically utilizing Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) layouts. Solid understanding of standard IT infrastructure, hosting platforms, and ITIL v4 frameworks. Experience implementing automation protocols to increase workflow efficiency and handle repetitive tasks. Strong analytical, issue resolution, and problem-solving skills when under operational pressure. Ability to interact, present, and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders internationally. Prior experience or exposure operating within a historical corporate environment (such as legacy automotive frameworks) is a plus. Flexibility to travel internationally if required by project milestones.
