Duties & Responsibilities As their new Ops/ Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
End-to-end contract and operational management within a healthcare logistics environment Ensuring full compliance with SAHPRA regulations and the Pharmacy Act Driving First Mile collection performance Managing budgeting, reporting, and operational KPIs Leading regional teams and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites Implementing process improvements, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
Desired Experience & Qualification What you’ll need:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Contract/ Operational Management within a Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Logistics environment. Matric plus Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Diploma or similar Strong working knowledge of SAHPRA and Pharmacy Act compliance essential Proven experience in multi-site operations and SLA-driven environments
