iqbusiness is seeking a senior Project Manager with strong HR and/or HCM project delivery experience to lead large-scale, enterprise HR initiatives within complex operational environments.This role requires a credible, hands-on PM who is a strong team player, comfortable engaging across HR, IT, vendors, and executive stakeholders, and experienced in delivering structured, outcomes-driven HR system and transformation projects.
