What you’ll do: Be the key link between clients, Financial Planners, and product providers Manage client onboarding, documentation, and transactions Work extensively on Xplan and financial systems Support client reviews, reporting, and portfolio administration Deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence
✅ What we’re looking for: 2–3 years’ experience in financial services Experience with Xplan (or similar financial planning systems) Strong admin, coordination, and attention to detail Knowledge of FAIS & FICA (advantageous)
Salary: R22 000 – R25 000 CTC per month (depending on experience)
