Introduction
We are a premier professional services firm specializing in the South African public finance sector. We are currently scaling our team for high-impact Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects and are seeking detail-oriented SCM Junior Consultants for fixed-term engagements. This is a critical compliance role where SCM Junior Consultants will support our senior consultants in ensuring the integrity of a procurement process.
Duties & Responsibilities
Compliance Auditing: Perform a comprehensive review of physical and digital files to ensure adherence to prescribed SCM requirements. Verification: Authenticate the presence of essential documentation, such as paperwork for FICA, CIPC, Tax, industry certifications etc. Gap Analysis: Interrogate each file to identify missing, expired, or non-compliant documentation. Data Management: Accurately record and categorize findings within a standardized MS Excel reporting framework to facilitate final project analysis.
Desired Experience & Qualification Candidate Requirements
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets. Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and general data entry best practices. Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive financial and corporate information with utmost confidentiality. Educational Background: Minimum degree in SCM or Commerce or Logistic.
Experience
Min of 1 year work experience in an SCM environment.
