Duties & Responsibilities Risk ManagementLeads the organisation’s risk management function by identifying and assessing key risksMaintaining the corporate risk register, developing policies, strategies, and frameworksOversees implementation and continuous improvement of risk practices, Supports business units in managing risks and promotes innovative approachesEnsures integration of continuity and disaster recovery plans into a unified corporate plan.Compliance managementLeads the development and implementation of the organisation’s compliance function by creating policies aligned with legal and regulatory requirements,Securing Board approval, and maintaining a corporate compliance plan.Oversees compliance frameworks and tools, monitors and reports on compliance performance, and supports business units in resolving non-compliance issues.Financial management and governanceLeads strategic and operational alignment of the Sub-unit with corporate goals by driving planning, performance management, and accountability systems.Oversees achievement of targets, manages risks and opportunities affecting performance,Supports the development of the Unit’s vision and strategic direction.Sub-unit management and leadershipLeads strategic and operational alignment of the Sub-unit with corporate goals by driving planning, performance management, and accountability systems.
