Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution/System Analyst with strong experience in payments systems to support and enhance real-time transaction processing environments. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of payment ecosystems, system integrations, and transaction flows, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities 1. Technical & Domain Expertise
Develop a strong understanding of real-time payments systems (e.g., PayShap or similar RTP platforms). Work with QR payment ecosystems and understand EMVCo standards. Manage and support payment switches and transaction processing systems. Understand clearing and settlement processes. Support proxy/alias-based payment solutions.
2. Switch Environment Management
Build expertise in the payment switch environment, including:
Transaction routing Message formats System integrations Investigate and resolve switching and routing failures. Perform incident analysis related to transaction drops. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (banks, processors, schemes).
3. Proxy Resolution for Merchants
Support proxy-based payment resolution (account/alias mapping). Troubleshoot issues related to proxy lookup failures. Ensure accurate mapping between merchant identifiers and payment proxies.
4. Analytical & Problem-Solving
Perform end-to-end transaction flow analysis. Conduct incident analysis and reconciliation. Identify root causes and provide solutions for system issues. Maintain detailed documentation of system flows and processes.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams. Support merchant onboarding and technical queries. Collaborate with external vendors and partners (e.g., payment platforms). Document APIs, system integrations, and workflows.
Tools & Technologies
Experience with API integrations, log analysis, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and dashboards.
